About the event
Mother Nurture is a weekend wellness immersion just for moms. A place to forget your to-do list and return to yourself. Come and be held by nature, enjoy nourishing meals, and explore various healing modalities including yoga, forest bathing, sound immersion and more. Replenish in the quietude of the woods, nap in a hammock, sip tea by the fire, and find support in the community of other mothers.
Our yoga classes welcome new, expectant and well-seasoned mothers alike. Modifications will be made to meet you exactly where you are. While the studio does include mats and some yoga props, we encourage you to bring your own if you have them. We will explore a wide range of asana styles including hatha, yin and restorative. Yoga props, such as two blocks, a bolster, a strap, and a yoga blanket will ensure that you are safe and comfortable in every pose.

This ticket gives you access to the retreat at 50% off in exchange for service hours during the retreat. These service hours include helping with meal prep, clean up and helping other guests have a great experience. This ticket purchase comes with the commitment to attend and serve as an assistant to the facilitator. This ticket purchase is non-refundable. Please only purchase this ticket if you have previously agreed to the part trade arrangement with the lead facilitator.

Queen Room + Private Bath
This ticket includes your own private Queen Bedroom with a private bathroom and includes meals and activities. Please note that this room is located in the basement and you will need to be comfortable on stairs to safely access it. You are welcome to share this room with one other guest for a $300 up charge ($1095 for two guests). Please contact us to add another guest to your booking.
