Reflections

"I went into the weekend looking forward to time in the woods, a little yoga, and some female camaraderie. I left feeling deeply nourished in a way I didn’t even realize I needed. I felt seen, heard, understood, and truly held by this group of women. The connections we formed felt effortless—like we had known each other for years. There was an overwhelming sense of belonging and rightness in their presence. Through shared vulnerability, we were able to go deep within ourselves. At times, it felt like I was looking in a mirror as I listened to others share their fears, desires, and experiences."

Mother Nurture Spring '26

I attended the “Mother Nurture” retreat this weekend (a yoga/meditation retreat for moms) and it was AMAZING! 12/10 would recommend and will go again.

So grateful for the recentering, grounding, and restorative experience and for meeting so many amazing women. It was everything I was hoping for and some things I didn’t even know I needed (but definitely did)!
